You can see reality or you can choose to see what you want to see. This is especially important when reality is bleak or uncomfortable. Don’t be afraid to put on your rose colored glasses if it makes you feel better and gets you through a tough or stressful life experience. Experiences in life are meant for growth, learning, expanding, improving and training in controlling perspective. You can choose to perceive experiences as good or bad. There are no experiences that are bad in the eyes of Divine Spirit. They are merely necessary for growth. The human mind puts labels on the experiences in an effort to accept or digest. The old adage “Everything happens for a reason” is quite literal here. Many times, you cannot wrap your head around the reason of why something happened. Many times, in these moments, anger is involved, because something was experienced that was tragic to the person experiencing it. Every time, if the person can look back on the perceived tragic experience from a present perspective, they will see the growth and the knowledge that was gained in their life from it. It doesn’t make it feel any better, but it is a way of justifying reason. We encourage that you comfort yourself and choose to perceive whatever way you need to to carry you through an experience that is difficult to digest. Perception is your reality. Amen.
De-clutter your mind. Empty out the trash. Release all the thoughts that no longer serve you, especially the self-degrading ones that keep you at a lower vibration. The mind is a powerful instrument. You have the power to talk your self into illness and you have the power to talk yourself out of illness. You have the power to boost yourself up before a speaking engagement with uplifting words of confidence and you have the power to deflate yourself before a speaking engagement with negative self-chatter. It is very important that you arm yourself with the tools of uplifting words and thoughts and against negative and deflating thoughts. Your mind is a playground. Don’t let the bully run the playground. Overcoming negative self-talk isn’t automatic, but with daily practice, it is absolutely attainable. Your negative self-talk didn’t appear overnight. It took years of repetition. It took many experiences. It took daily dedication. To rid the mind of negative self-talk, it will take the same rigor and regimen as the creation of it. Daily affirmations are the best place to start. You will begin to rewire your brain with each daily affirmation. Keep your eye on the prize. Practice daily, especially when you catch yourself thinking negatively. This is the greatest opportunity to retrain your brain. Catch yourself in the negative thought pattern and immediately reach for the positive and switch it around. It will take practice, practice, practice, but eventually it will come naturally, just like the negative thought process once did. Amen.
Are you living the life you want to live at this very moment or is something missing….still on its way?
Envision how you want your life to be. Is there a missing puzzle piece that you seek in order to complete your life? Place your focus here. Every day, place your focus on what you desire. Decide what it is that you want in your life to improve it. Focus on what you need in your life to make it flow more smoothly. Take the lessons of the past and use them to navigate the present and the future. These lessons are a part of the puzzle that you need to get you to where you want to be. They have been Divinely orchestrated and placed in your life in Divine timing to get you to the next part on the path. Listen to your intuition/higher-self. Allow this spiritual piece of you to guide you on your journey and where you need to go next. Don’t allow Ego to be in the driver’s seat. Ego will muddy the waters and make things arrive to you at a much slower pace than if you had allowed your Intuition to be the driver. Slow down. Ponder. Research. Study. Hone your skills – professionally, personally and figuratively. Decide what is right for you from your Intuitive perspective. Decide where you want to go, what you want to do and who you want to do it with. Breathe. Keep life simple. Don’t complicate things with impatience, stress, lack of self-confidence or discernments focused in the wrong direction. Have faith. Have hope. Believe and it will be. Amen.
Your Angels, Spirit Guides, Ascended Masters and Divine Spirit are always with you. They reside in the deepest part of your soul – your higher self – which is always connected to the Spiritual Realm. It is here that the guidance and the messages arrive. This is the place where you can find them through meditation and going deeper within yourself to reach them. Do not doubt that this is the case. We live in an ego driven world. There is so much ego in our physical world and within the physical beings that reside here. Ego is used for protection, for false confidence, for competition, for faith in one’s self, for bolstering one’s self, for damaging others, for bringing others down, for fighting, for conditional love, for blame, for distrust, for harm. If you go within you can find that spiritual piece of you that is connected to Divine Spirit. Here you will find peace, unconditional love, quiet confidence, faith, belief, hope, sensitivity, compassion, LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE. The love that you may seek, the hope you may seek, the peace you may seek, the confidence you may seek, the relief you may seek, the acceptance you may seek is residing in your higher self. This love can move mountains, change lives, transform individuals, change the world. Grasp it. Cling to it. Hold it. Honor it. Stay connected to it. Amen.
Sometimes in the silence you can hear the loudest because you are forced to listen harder. Shhh. What do you hear? AC- Air- Stomach gurgling- Cough- What do you hear? Water droplets- Refrigerator creaking- Birds- All these noises you take for granted, because you are focused on other things going on in your brain. These background noises hold energy as much as the thoughts in your head. It’s all about focus and where you place it. If you place your focus on the AC unit like you are at the moment that becomes the predominate sound that you hear. Life events are like that. Where you place your focus is where the predominance comes in. You have the power to choose where you place your focus. Your focus drives your moods and your emotions not the other way around like you may think. Focus on the good. Focus on the wholesome. Focus on the positive. Focus on the interesting. Focus on hope. Focus on belief. Focus on the here and now. Focus on your blessings and more blessings will appear. Focus is an integral part of life. Use it to your benefit not your downfall. Listen. Focus. Believe. Hope. Dream. Achieve. Success. Amen.
Gratitude is a magical opportunity to change the way you look at your life. When you focus on your blessings, you enhance your life and change your perspective. Sometimes all you need to do is change the way you look at your life to see your life change. Ask yourself what is it in your life that you are thankful for. Place your focus there and do not let it waver. Soak in it. Soak in the Sea of Gratitude. Gratitude can be most effectively used during times of struggle or stress or when it feels like you have nothing else to lose. Gratitude is the gate keeper to Divine Spirit’s love and adoration. It brings you back to your higher-self that is always connected to Divine Spirit and the undying and never-ending pure love that flows from this Source. Breathe. Be grateful. Find gratitude even in the simplest things in your life. Sometimes you have to look harder than other times to find the gratitude you seek. Sometimes it comes easier. Daily practice first thing in the morning is the best way to use gratitude to your highest good. Be thankful every day in every way. Amen.
Live life to the fullest. Live life as if you never know when it will end. You never do know when it will end. Appreciate life. Appreciation of the gifts in life will give you more gifts to appreciate. Life is a never-ending circle. Birth – Growth – Death – Rebirth – Growth – Death – Rebirth – Growth – Death and so on it goes. All components are interconnected. One passes over and returns to the spiritual realm and another enters the physical world. It is a never-ending circle of life. Each person can break their life down into the same equation. You are born. You grow. You die. You are born again. Break it down into a smaller equation. You are born. You grow through your experiences in life and then some come along that force you to end one phase or style of your life and then you are reborn again to start a new avenue on your journey. Listen for the messages along your journey that lead you to your resurrection. There is redemption in your growth. Breathe. Listen. Learn. Acknowledge. Be thankful. Breathe. Amen.
