Life is about change – all about change. The sooner that you accept this reality, the easier your life will flow. You need to roll with the changes, not offer resistance against them. Resistance is hindering. It is like a brick wall that keeps the energy from flowing. Resistance holds you back from growth and momentum. Life is constantly moving – in motion – but your attitude and your emotions have the power to create fast moving or slow moving momentum. When you find life to be calm – this is the time to be creative, to set goals, to look forward to what you can accomplish and to put the wheels of change in motion. This is conscious evolution. This is taking your life in the direction that you want it to go – steering with the oars, so to speak. When life gets tumultuous, this is the time to self-preserve – to conserve your energy – to hibernate – to protect. Hold on tightly to the oars as you allow the uncontrollable situations in life move you down the river. It will be over soon. Just hold on and breathe. Without changes in life, there would be no growth and no evolution. You have the control to consciously evolve and to make the decisions that guide the change. Breathe. Love. Understand. Consciously Evolve. Amen.
Allow yourself the changes you need for growth. Open yourself up to the 11:11 transformation, manifestation and change. Breathe deep and release. Release all your negativity. All that weighs you down. All that no longer serves you. Breathe deep. Relax. Meditate. Let your mind guide you to where you need to go. Don’t worry about others and what they may think or do. Focus on yourself. Focus on the improvement of yourself and your growth. Everything else will fall into place. Those things that no longer serve you will dissipate slowly. The things that you need will come to you. Everything will fall into place like a intricate puzzle. Have faith and patience. Divine timing is something that only Divine Spirit can control. Do not try to force or rush a situation. Breathe. Have faith that everything is working out as it should in your intricate dance of life. The right components and partners come forth when the time is right. Do not unconsciously evolve. Make the statement right here, today, to always consciously evolve – always be aware of how you can improve yourself and move to a higher vibrational level. Peace. You can renovate your inner being and specifically your inner voice, which tells you things that are hurtful to your psyche. We are all too hard on ourselves – our own worst enemy – our own worst critic. Be gentle with yourself. You should show compassion and love to yourself before any others. It starts with you. If you cannot love yourself, you will never truly love another. Poisonous words are infectious. They permeate inside your mind and marinate. When you say negative things to yourself over and over again, eventually the words become beliefs and then you start to become the person you are creating with your negative self-talk. You can retrain your brain – your inner voice – to speak lovingly, and then, you can become the person that you are, but are not allowing yourself to be. It isn’t easy. It doesn’t happen overnight. It is practice, practice and more practice. It is learning to catch your negative thoughts, flipping the switch and creating positive thoughts. You can be the person you want to be. It just takes practice, patience, persistence and LOVE.
Negative thoughts are an indicator that you are out of alignment with your higher self. Your higher self is directly connected with Divine Spirit, who is nothing but LOVE. When you are thinking negative thoughts: fear, worry, anxiety, sadness, then you are introducing a lower vibration into your being and thus, will attract that which you do not want (or in other words that which you are fearing, worrying about, anxious over, sad about). Raise your vibration to a higher frequency to allow that which you WANT to enter into your experience. Focus on the positive aspects of the subject that brings you negativity. What is it about the subject that makes you happy? You can find at least one thing. You may have to pull back and look at the subject from a broader perspective bringing in cooperative elements to piece together the gifts the subject bears. Write it down. Go over it. Over and Over and Over and Over and Over. Ingrain it in your mind. Soon, your vibration will rise and that which you want will be delivered unto you. Peace. Love. Amen.
It is important to nurture your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing every day. Focus on activities that enhance and improve these areas of your being. Exercise on a daily basis is essential to keeping your body functioning at optimal levels. It decreases blood pressure, strengthens the heart, moves blood throughout your body, preventing it from backing up and slowing down – becoming stagnant. Strive to exercise every day. You will see an improvement in how you feel emotionally and physically. Self-assessments are essential for your emotional wellbeing, because they enable you to see areas of your life that need improving or strengthening. It is important that you are brutally honest when you do a self-assessment, otherwise it really won’t benefit you as much as it could. List the things in your life and yourself that could use improvement. Then, write next to each item a way that you could improve it. Finally, set a goal. This exercise will also help you to be mindful and live in the moment. This is all we have right now. NOW. Meditation and/or prayer on a daily basis is crucial in nurturing your spiritual wellbeing. You are always connected to Divine Spirit, but meditation allows you to quiet your mind and receive messages and information directly from Spirit. It also gives your body a chance to slow down and rest. Nurture yourself. Love yourself. Love your body – the vehicle you came to this physical world in to play, interact, learn, grow and thrive.
Mind/Body/Spirit = UNITY
Your thoughts are your perspective on each and every situation and experience you have. You can choose to look at things from a positive perspective or a negative perspective. Retraining your brain is possible. It just takes practice, practice and more practice. Like the habits you developed over time – years – the practice of changing your thought process will take time – possibly years – likely a lifetime to perfect. You are a conscious, changing being and you evolve every second of every day. Conscious evolution is important for the highest self-improvement and awareness. Take time every day to assess your life and your inner self. Are you doing what is necessary for your highest good each and every day? Are you good to your vessel – your physical body? De-toxify. Release all that does not serve you for your highest good and replace with that which does. Change eating habits. Change exercise habits. Change thinking habits. Your vessel – your body is like a car that needs maintenance on a regular basis to keep it running and functioning at a highly efficient level. Be good to yourself and be good to the vessel you were carried to this physical world to ride in. Life is a journey. Take care of the carriage that moves you along the journey of life. Peace. Love. Life is a river. It is eternal flow. It is always in motion. You can try to control it, but it is uncontrollable. This is when you get frustrated; lose hope. Give up control and go with the flow. View life as a river and you as the occupant of a canoe. There are times when the river is calm. These moments allow you to rest, gain strength, appreciate the wellbeing, focus on improving yourself and prepare for the future. Then come the rapids. These are the times when you need to hold on and go with the flow. Let the river take you. You will learn. You will grow. You will expand. You will desire more. You will find better use of your thoughts, because you will be forced to be strategic. Don’t fear the rapids; embrace them. View them as exciting, rather than frightening. Nobody knows what their future holds. Your life is like a ball of clay that you are constantly molding. Keep your thoughts positive. Keep your vibration high. Surround yourself with like-minded people that will spur conversations that help you to grow and evolve. Always consciously evolve. Pay attention to your life and the events and circumstances you encounter and always find ways to learn and grow. This is the river of life. Grab an oar and get paddling!
