When the physical world causes you stress, anxiety, pain, sorrow or worry, take a moment to center yourself and to reach your spiritual higher self. Your higher self is directly connected to Divine Spirit and the spiritual realm. There is no stress, anxiety, pain, sorry or worry that resides there. There is only powerful and unconditional LOVE that can make all the physical world emotions disappear. There is a life force within each physical being. This life force is connected to Divine Spirit the eternal and greatest life force there is. This Divine life force supports all beings directly and indirectly. When you tap into your higher self, you tap into the direct source connected to Divine Spirit. You can consciously feel the love and light from this Source. You are indirectly connected to this life force through your subconscious and your higher self. If you tap into this life force on a conscious level you will begin to see great change in your life. Where there was once anxiety, there will be peace. Where there was once grief, there will be happiness. Where there was once worry, there will be serenity. Meditate. Breathe in the love and light of Divine Spirit. Allow the light to guide you in this physical world. Peace. Love. Happiness. Amen.
Learn about yourself. Become the student AND the teacher. A self-assessment is an excellent way to learn more about yourself. Be mindful in the moment- in the NOW. Through life, there are many, many different stages. Each stage is a growing phase that leads you to the next one, like steps in a staircase. Who you are today is not who you were yesterday. You evolve and you change your views, thoughts, and perspective all based upon your growth and your experiences. Each experience is an opportunity for growth and learning. You can dissect the experience and take with you the lesson, leaving behind the skeleton of the digested experience. Do not hold on to the energy of the experience. Let it go. Carry with you the essence of the experience that made you go “Aha”. This lesson can be applied to the next experience you live. When self-assessing, be honest, open and raw. Don’t deny the darkest parts of your soul that you do not want to face. Those are the areas that need the most work. Shine a light on these areas so that you can open them up and work on them. Honesty is very important here. Honesty with yourself and honesty with others. Ask the perspective of others to help you to come up with a plan to improve the area that is insufficient. This practice will help you to grow and evolve into a better version of yourself than you are living in right now. Peace. Love. Happiness. Amen.
LIFE. Life is all about twists and turns. Like a river, life glides along. Sometimes there are rocks in the way of the stream. These are temporary blocks that give you the opportunity for growth, thinking, strategizing and change. View these moments as opportunities, not obstacles. There are times when the rapids will take you down the river. You will glide along swiftly, never having any real obstacles in your way. This is when life can create an opportunity to get a lot done. This is your building phase. Focus on what you want to create when your life is in this stage. You will get a lot done. Don’t waste this opportunity. Then there are times when the river will become lazy. You will be floating down it like you are on an innertube on a hot summer day. Enjoy the peacefulness of this moment. Take this moment to regroup and relax. Take this moment to dream your big dreams and come up with action plans to reach your dreams. This is a time when you can feel a little bored, because it feels like nothing much is happening, but if you take the opportunity to prepare during this moment, you will be ready to produce when the rapids come. View your life as a river. Go with the flow. Relax and breathe. All is well. It really is. You are here to grow, manifest, achieve, repeat. This is the cycle of life. Do not waste your opportunities for growth. View every experience as a lesson. View every relationship as a teacher. You are an eternal student in the physical world. Be prepared to learn and grow. Life isn’t always easy, but the experiences you encounter are worth it. Listen. Love. Respect. Understand. Show compassion. RESPECT. Hard work doesn’t have to be hard work. It’s all in how you view it. Make peace with where you are. Be patient. Wait for your ship to come in. Ride the waves. Navigate your life. Dream big. Love hard. Learn often. Listen always. Speak sometimes. Communicate well. Open. Raw. Honest. Live life to its fullest. Breathe.
Listen to your intuition. It is your navigational system through life. Your intuition is always connected to your higher self which has a direct connection to Divine Spirit and the Spiritual world. It is unconditional love at its purest and only delivers a high vibration that you can refer to as positive emotions – happiness, certainty, hopefulness, faith. Your intuition is your co-pilot. It guides you on this journey and leads you to where you need to be. You can lead or you can allow your intuition to lead. You will find the journey to be a lot smoother when you follow your intuition. Have you ever noticed in hindsight, when you have decided not to follow your intuition and decided to take the reins yourself, that the journey becomes more challenging – road blocks popping up everywhere? Similarly, have you ever noticed when you followed your intuition, how everything just easily fell into place? There are lessons to be learned along the way on the journey of life that spur growth and knowledge. Follow your intuition. You will be surprised where the journey leads you. The light is there – Follow it.
Holding on to anger or negativity is equivalent to bondage. It keeps you locked in a place that you don’t really want to be. In order to release yourself, you must use the key of forgiveness. You don’t have to accept the actions of another, but forgiving them will release the emotions that are attached to the situation and allow the energy to flow in a positive direction. In order for a negative to become a positive, you must first have to release it. Perspective and unconditional love are two ways that can help you release and forgive. Everyone has their own perspective of a situation. It is quite possible that in a situation that hurt or angered you, the other person had a different perspective in which they didn’t realize their words or actions were going to hurt or anger you. Realize this and release it. We are all unique and we all have unique perspectives to life experiences. They build upon each other. Focus. Forgive. Release. Amen.
The Universe always has your back. When you feel like things are working against you, that is only your perspective. Hard work and determination achieve results. Do not offer resistance. Go with the flow of change and growth, for it is inevitable. Your reaction towards it is not. You can choose to view these moments in a positive way or a negative way. Remember that a full room cannot accept more things if there is no available room. Release all that no longer serves you. Release all that you cling to out of fear, worry or lack of self-worth. Release all the outdated thoughts that hold you back. Release the moments of the past that brought you pain, but hang on to the lessons learned. Forgive yourself. Forgive others. Breathe. Remember. Reminisce, but do not regret. Life is a journey. Growth is the path. Trust the journey.
Acceptance of life’s changes is the easiest way you will get through them. Breathe. Change is inevitable. Every day you get one day older. Every year you get one year wiser. There are changes in your way of thinking and changes in your body. There are changes in your appearance and changes in your psyche. It isn’t easy to watch the changes occur especially when you don’t want them to happen. Giving up trying to control the uncontrollable will bring a lot of peace to your life. Breathe and accept the changes as a way of improving yourself. Getting better day by day. Consciously evolve. Focus on the positive aspects of yourself that you find easy to love. Ignore the aspects that stand out and irritate you. Breathe. Meditate. Place the vision of your positive aspects in your mind and focus on them while you meditate. Like a caterpillar you will transform into a butterfly and fly.
